Jacquie
Arthur has more than 25 years of experience in senior financial positions in
a variety of industries including software, semiconductors, manufacturing,
oil and gas and biotech. She was Senior Vice President and CFO of Monotype
Imaging from 2005 to 2008 and took the company public in 2007. Before joining
Monotype she was the CFO of Aprisma Management Technologies and led the financial
and legal aspects of its sale to Concord Communications and Computer Associates.
In the mid 1990s while at C.P. Clare, she was in charge of taking the company
public. Jacquie has led two IPO’s, six follow on offerings and numerous
other capital market transactions. She has also completed over fifty acquisitions
in a number of different countries.
Jacquie served on the Board of Banknorth Group, Inc. from 1996 to 2000 and served on both the audit committee and the compensation committees. Early in her career, Arthur was employed at British Petroleum and held positions in Europe and the U.S. Arthur has a joint honors degree in economics and engineering from London University and is a chartered accountant.
