On-site, interactive, and hands-on learning helps users gain valuable expertise. On-site training services are available for service providers who wish to exploit Nakina's software to its maximum potential while accelerating new feature adoption in everyday operations.

Our comprehensive product training for customer personnel who perform all Operations, Administration, Maintenance, and Provisioning functions improves user performance and proficiency. Whether you are looking to gain a quick overview of the system, learn about new product or features, or develop advanced knowledge of features already in use, Nakina Systems can support you with off-the-shelf or custom-made courses. We give you the knowledge and hands-on experience you need.

Training programs are designed in modular format and can be customized to accommodate specific requirements. Close ties to our product development and implementation teams mean that the most up to-date information on our product features and industry best practices are incorporated into training materials at all times. Our modular course design further allows us to provide web-based sessions over the internet.

In addition to user training, Nakina offers “train-the-trainer” programs for dispersed teams and to ensure every service provider has the option of having in-house expertise that can in turn be used to disseminate knowledge to all network operations personnel, old and new.
