WARRANTY AND SUPPORT SERVICES
Nakina provides a standard 90 day warranty on all its software products against defects resulting in service-affecting problems. After this initial warranty, Nakina Systems offers two software maintenance program levels, with maintenance contracts are renewable annually.
Gold-level Software Maintenance
- includes remote support, guaranteed response times, and access to software maintenance releases.
- A monthly progress report on the status of all reported problems.
- Initial system audit to determine configurations and software revision levels.
- Quarterly system performance audits performed remotely to analyze, ensure proper back-ups strategies, and evaluate system usage. Reports provided after each audit.
- Full software maintenance release documentation supplied electronically and in hard copy.
- Remote support by the Nakina Technical Assistance Center available with priority access status 365 days per year, 24 hours per day.
- Problems that have been escalated and verified will be responded to and resolved within contractually committed time frames.
Platinum-level Enhanced Software Maintenance
- All features of the Gold-level Software Maintenance program plus free access to all software upgrades, including full feature releases.
